Step One – Sign Your Lease.

Read through our online lease agreement, fill it out, and sign electronically. This only takes a few minutes.

Step Two – Get Your Payment Link.

Once your lease is signed, we will send you a secure payment link to complete your move-in requirements. This link will be valid for 24 hours after issuance, so please complete your payment promptly.

Step Three – Move In.

Once your payment is complete, your unit will be prepared for your arrival. Move in on your selected date during our daily access house, 6am – 8pm.

This page is simply for signing your lease. No payment is collected here. You will receive a separate, secure link to pay once your lease agreement is submitted.

What happens after submission.

After you submit your signed lease, you will receive your payment link. You will only need to complete that one payment setup. From there, your rent is automatically charged to the same payment method every month, until you terminate your lease.
